Noida-based room air conditioner maker EPack Durables announced its first quarterly earnings after its listing on January 30 where the company reported a net profit of Rs 4.9 crore for the December ended quarter versus net losses in Q3FY23 and Q2FY24. The consolidated revenue was up 1% year-on-year at Rs 279 crore.
Shares of Epack Durables Ltd surged over 8% on Friday after it registered a return to profit in the third quarter.
The home appliance manufacturer reported a net profit Rs 4.89 crore in quarter ended December, compared with a loss of Rs 6.24 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to an exchange filing.
Net Sales at Rs 277.73 crore in December 2023 up 1.3% from Rs. 274.17 crore in December 2022.
Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 4.60 crore in December 2023 up 257.19% from Rs. 2.92 crore in December 2022.
EBITDA stands at Rs. 23.60 crore in December 2023 up 196.11% from Rs. 7.97 crore in December 2022.
EPack Durables EPS has increased to Rs. 0.59 in December 2023 from Rs. 0.43 in December 2022.
