Greater Noida-based EPACK Durable has confirmed that the company, along with its peers — some 2,000 copper importers — received show-cause notices in connection with an alleged duty evasion probe.
Domestic appliance manufacturer Epack Durable is shifting its air fryer production from China to in-house manufacturing, aligning with the Union government’s Make-in-India initiative. The company has set up its own dedicated facility for air fryers at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan, eyeing a significant increase in the production from there, said a top company official.
Shares of EPACK Durable Ltd jumped 3.6% to ₹399.90 on Tuesday after the company reported a strong set of numbers for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The consumer durables firm posted a consolidated net profit of ₹37.71 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 35.54% year-on-year increase from ₹27.82 crore in the same quarter last year.
