RACs and SHAs manufacturer EPACK Durable Pvt Ltd.(EDPL) is planning to invest close to ₹100crore by setting up a 0.6 Million units plant through brownfield expansion at its existing manufacturing site in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The company has a production capacity of 1.2 Million units per annum and has been running at around 75-80 per cent of its capacity utilisation. With the proposed expansion, the company will have a total installed capacity of 1.8 Million units.

EPACK Durable, a leading outsourced design manufacturer of room air conditioners, on Thursday said it has raised USD 40 million (around Rs 318 crore) in a second round of funding led by Affirma Capital.

Established in Greater Noida in 2002, EPACK Durable manufactures room air conditioners and small household appliances with manufacturing facilities at Dehradun and Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
